Meet Dr. Meghna Bhat – a first-generation immigrant, award-winning storyteller, and organizational change practitioner with nearly two decades of experience. Recently honored with the Alumni Impact Award from The University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Bhat is known for her innovative, heart-driven approach that combines academic rigor, multidisciplinary methods, and transformative storytelling.
As a passionate advocate, she crafts inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where individuals can heal and grow. Her work challenges traditional boundaries, combining scholarly depth with genuine human connection to inspire social change and promote justice.
